Cancellation Policies

Gone are the days where your income is lost from
inclement weather or bad customers. We make
sure you get paid even when students cancel last
minute or if weather interrupts.

Cancellation Policy:

  • More Than 24 Hours Before Session:

  • Student receives full refund

  • Your slot reopens for other bookings

  • No impact on your income (you can fill the slot)

Less Than 24 Hours Before Session:

  • Student is charged 100%

  • You receive 100% of your rate as compensation

  • Your time is protected even though session doesn’t happen

Weather Protection Policy

Cancellation Before Session Starts:

  • Student receives 1 credit to reschedule

  • You still receive 100% payment

  • Fair for both parties – student can rebook, you
    don’t lose income

Rain Interruption During Session:

  • Payment prorated to nearest half hour based on
    time coached

  • Example: 2-hour session (1pm-3pm), rain at
    2:20pm = 1.5 hours coached = You receive 1.5x
    hourly rate

  • Example: 2-hour session (1pm-3pm), rain at
    1:20pm = 0.5 hours coached = You receive 0.5x
    hourly rate

Create packages where students can buy 10, 20, or custom amounts of lessons in bulk. You specify the total hours, set the package price, and decide whether to offer bulk discounts—it’s completely optional.
